Throughout 2024, ecmc experienced continued growth in our healthcare services, building on our post-pandemic successes in restoring overall hospital operations and patient volumes. Like other safety net hospitals across the country and locally, it has been challenging, but the focus on our patients by our entire ecmc family has supported our ability to continue to make progress and provide our community with the high-quality care they expect and deserve. In almost every measurable category, increases demonstrated a sustainable positive trend in patient volumes that is certainly beneficial to serving our community and improving our financial challenges.
