Sustainable home ownership - the sustainable home ownership center assists low to moderate homeowners with services in two areas: 1) senior home repair provides in home repair and rehabiliation work to eliminate conditions that threaten the health and safety of elder homeowners, 2) the foreclosure prevention program provides counseling on sound remedies to prevent mortgage default and fight predatory lending practices.
