Sustainable home ownership - the sustainable home ownership center assists low to moderate homeowners with services in two areas: 1) senior home repair provides in home repair and rehabiliation work to eliminate conditions that threaten the health and safety of elder homeowners, 2) the foreclosure prevention program provides counseling on sound remedies to prevent mortgage default and fight predatory lending practices.
Community support and collaboration - community collaboration with other area based organizations to ensure stability through action in the community.
Mortgage assistance payments - segment of the sustainable home ownership program, esac provides mortgaage assistance to homeowners threatened with the loss of a home due to lost job, sustained injury, or divorse, etc.
