Mission

To provide at-risk youth the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Programs

3 programs

The workforce/life skills program equips youth with the tools needed for sustainable independence through career readiness, financial literacy, transportation support, and mentorship. Clients receive assistance with job placement, skills building, and access to educational resources. Life skills programming emphasizes practical knowledge in areas such as housing, health, community engagement, and personal development.

Expenses: $259K

The transitional living program provides structured residential housing for youth preparing for independent living. Participants receive ongoing case management and supportive services tailored to their individual goals. The aftercare program continues this support after youth exit residential services, offering guidance, stability, and resources to promote long-term success.

Expenses: $240K

The outreach program engages unsheltered and at-risk youth in northern nevada by providing immediate resources, support, and connective services. The team works directly in the community to build trust and guide youth toward housing, shelter, and supportive programs. Outreach efforts also extend to rural areas to ensure access to care.
