Eden township healthcare district financing corporation was incorporated in october of 2014 for the purpose of promoting the common good and general welfare of the residents of the district and the governmental enterprises in the district and surrouding areas by the rendering of financial assistance to the district by financing, refinancing, acquiring, constructing, improving, leasing and selling buildings, improvements, equipment, and other real or personal property.
