Annual banquet - the annual awards banquet is held to honor chamber and community leaders and volunteers for the year. The most prestigious award is the small business of the year award, for which 50 businesses are typically nominated. Based on their written applications, 3 finalists are named and then those finalists go through an interview process. The woman of the year award, young professional of the year award, and community citizen of the year young professional of the year award, and community citizen of the year

Leadership edmond is a leadership development program designed to provide community leaders with a deeper understanding of the critical issues affecting the edmond area. The program begins with a two day overnight retreat which focuses on community leadership skills. The remaining 8 day long sessions meet once a month and each focus on a specific community topic such as city government, education, health and wellness, state government, and culture / recreation. Class size is limited to 35 individuals. Class members are selected to represent a broad range of occupations and backgrounds. Participants receive in-depth exposure to the critical issues facing the community.

Other entity provides services to its members and community. Monthly meetings are held to keep members up to date and promote community. Annual meetings are held to recognize citizen of the year, small business of the year, and volunteer of the year. Other events promote community, such as youth leadership,business after hours,
