Student internship program: eftas student intership program (sip) offers bright,motivated high school seniors hands-on learning opportunities in their desired career fields. Sip internships are designed to provide valuable work experiences for students who are just starting to expore career options. Efta parnters with employers each summer to offer each student 80 hours of professional experience that has the potential to share their career paths.

Next generation leadership: the next generation leadership program is a partnership with conroe/lake conroe chamber of commerce (the "chamber") to provide promising 12th grade students in the chamber's service area with the opportunity to learn about leadership at work and to cultivate individual leadership skills through interaction with professional in business, education, and government.

Career connections: the career connections program offers career development programming at area high schools to expose students to ways they can get career advice and questions answered. Professionals participate in monthly question and answer panels and small group discussions to share their life experience and expertise with 10th and 11th grade students to help students explore topics from finding a career passion to job forecasting. Distinguished speaker series: the distinguished speaker series is a virtual speaking event series, targeted towards high school students, highlighting distinguished professionals from various industries and careers. Future focus: the future focus program is a classroom-based curriculum designed to promote positive decision making among junior high school students. Trained volunteer presenters offer interactive programming to help students realize that educational attainment today has lasting impacts on their options later in life. It is meant to empower students so that they have control over their daily decisions which, over time, can keep them on track for high school gradution and beyond. Youth leadership academy: the youth leadership academy is a week-long summer program for 10th and 11th grade students. The academy provides students the opportunity to meet community leaders, develop new leadership and personal skills, explore their strengths, prepare for their future, and interact with other students from their community.
