Early childhood education and assistance program (eceap) - serves low income families with children from three to five years old and is funded by the state of washington.

Early head start serves low income families with infants and toddlers and pregnant women. The mission of the program is to promote healthy prenatal outcomes for pregnant women, enhance the development of very young children, and to promote healthy family functioning.
