Edward health and fitness center's adult aquatics program offers a variety of classes, including those specifically designed for women who are pregnant and patients with parkinson's disease, fibromyalgia, low back pain, multiple sclerosis and arthritis.

Edward health and fitness center provides personal training to assist members of the community on their road to wellness. Participants in personal training work on continuation of recovery from illness or surgery, working with a health coach on healthy eating and exercise plans, and working to maintain fitness for a healthy lifestyle.
