It is our mission to enhance the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by helping them reach their highest potential through training, education, employment, housing and social opportunities in safe, healthy and stimulating environments.

Employment services edwards center provides supported employment for businesses searching for a worker(s) and has been matching employers with employees since 1972. We specialize in full, part-time, and small group employment for short or long-term jobs. Part-time employment specializes in filling positions ranging from 8 20 hours per week, which allows efficient redistribution of tasks and existing workloads within your business. Businesses often find that they are able to save time and money by hiring part time employees through edwards center. Through our diverse talent pool, we will match a qualified individual to fit your specific employment needs and unique business culture.our small-group employment brings a pool of 3 to 8 workers to your business to accomplish on-going or short term project. All services offer an edwards center job coach to assist in training, quality control and development for your worker. This program serves 44 individuals with developmental disabilites community living supports edwards center offers day support services in aloha that provide alternatives to employment for people who are retired, and stay socially connected to their peers. During the day, staff lead group activities that promote continuing education and social stimulation. It may include community outings, social skill building and therapies. Since returning from the closures due to covid 19, during this fiscal year, the participation has increased to serve 41 individuals with develpmental disabilities
