Day Habilitation provides assistance with the acquisition, improvements of self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills which take place in a non-residential setting, separate from the home or facility in which the resident lives.
Community Habilitation Services provides supports for individuals who reside with their family and require assistance in the development of independent living skills. Working collaboratively with the individual and their selected team or circle, areas of support are identified where a person wants to enhance levels of independence.
