High school leadership program: the high school leadership program continued to emphasize leadership, communication, entrepreneurship, and stem education for high school students across india and nepal. "webinars conducted: 98 "mentors engaged: 92 "students benefited: over 180+ active participants from four partner schools. Key achievements: "conducted innovation challenges encouraging students to address local community issues using stem solutions. "launched the narendra and meena khurana scholarship, awarding scholarships to outstanding students demonstrating leadership and academic excellence. "hosted public speaking workshops titled "talk the talk- and conducted extensive leadership development workshops. "organized cybersecurity awareness workshops in partnership with cgi. "expanded partnerships with schools across india and nepal, including lamdon model senior secondary school (leh), ramakrishna mission schools, and n.k. Singh memorial school (kathmandu).
Nurturing young leadership program (internships & ambassadors of change): this program provided young leaders and university students from india, the us, and nepal with hands-on opportunities to drive social change. Key achievements: "hosted 14 interns from new york university, mit, and harvard to work on impact assessment, strategy, and community projects. "students developed manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, conducted fieldwork, and strengthened program evaluation frameworks. "ambassadors led signature projects such as "collaborative creativity- and "public speaking workshops," helping hundreds of children and educators. Impact: amplified leadership development among high school and university students while enhancing program outreach and visibility.
4th accomplishment active learning program: the active learning program expanded its influence by providing teacher training and implementing student-centric learning methodologies. Key achievements: "launched the educational studio in partnership with sri ramakrishna mission college of education, coimbatore, tamil nadu. "initiated the active learning scale-up program with ramakrishna mission schools in coimbatore and agartala. "delivered audiovisual content to enhance student learning, specifically for visually impaired children. Impact: strengthened student-centered pedagogy impacting educators and hundreds of students across two states.
