Mission
The mission of the el cerrito high student activity fund is to provide broad based community financial support for academic, extra-curricular, and other school related activities for el cerrito high school students
Programs

The music program and supporters of theater arts committees provide the bulk of the operating support to music and theater production at echs by funding essential equipment, competitive festival expenses, guest clinicians, sheet music, acting coaches, set design and expenses, and costumes. During the fiscal year ended 07/31/2024, the music program committee began operating their program with their new 501c3 public charity, "el cerrito band- and the funds for that program were transferred to them.
Projects and grants to promote the positive high school experience, safety and welfare of el cerrito high school students. This includes the hosting of graduation night, an archiving project for memorabilia of the original school site, and grant funds for academic and enrichment programs during the fiscal year ended 07/31/2024, the james morehouse project committee transferred their program operations to west contra costa public fund, as their fiscal sponsor and the funds for that program were transferred to them.
