To serve the residents of the el cid historic neighborhood and other residents of the city of west palm beach and palm beach county florida. To sponsor and support lectures, public forums, workshops, discussions, research, publications, special programs and other activities to to educate residents, government official, and other organiztions on public issues such as the unique character of the el cid historic neighborhood, public safety, neighborhood concerns and government operation and services.
