The primary objective for cdbg-dr is to provide disaster relief, long-term recovery, restoration of infraestructure and housing, and economic revitalization in the most impacted and distressed areas resulting from a major disaster. Prtec offer the following programs under this award: workforce trainning program (wft) and small business incubators and accelerators program (sbia). The objective of the wft program is to prepare puerto rican residents with the skills required to secure employment in industries that will drive the island's economy. The sbia program provides business development technical assistance programming related to the incubation and or acceleration of small and new businesses and associated activities.
