To promote and preserve memorial to the elaine massacre of 1919 and to honor and commemorate events and projects to promote the elaine community as well as other projects and issues deemed important by the board.

Cherry street productions produced a film entitled exodus about real life deportation and reunions. The film is about women coming home from incarceration and adjusting to life outside prison. These payments are contributing to the making of a film to do with arkadelphia, new york, and montgomery. Any information on this project that would be of interest to readers of this form 990 are welcomed as comments. This is a documentary about the artist, v.l. Cox, showing her discovery of an old church and using it for inspiration for an exhibit at the rosa parks museum in montgomery.
Arkansans for limited government - educates on abortion as healthcare and works to restore access to abortion in the natural state.
Quattlebaum grooms & tull pllc - for legal work on the arkansas lawsuit for city of helena-west helena vs greg williams, sponsored by mr david solomon. Purpose was to force the mayor and his chief-of-staff to return compensation they were alleged to not be entitled to receive. The case went through appeals court and then before the arkansas supreme court which ruled in favor of the city of helena-west helena.
