Elderwood Water Company

The purpose of the company is to develop and maintain irrigation water wells, with associated pumps and delivery pipelines ("distribution system"), for delivery of irrigation water from such wells to agricultural lands within the company's service area. The distribution system may also be used for delivery of surface water supplies obtained by the individual members from the westlands water district. The wells and distribution system will be made available to the members at the company's cost.
