Mission
Epcps's missions is for charitable, and educational and cultural enrichment to be achieved through distribution of it's funds in order to restore, operate and maintain the 1920's eldridge park carousel, building, and associated grounds so that this historically revered, unique cultural symbol of the past and prized menagerie can promote community cohesiveness and be enjoyed by the families of the county of chemung.
