Under the leadership of its board of directors and operating through its various committees and staff, egsa strives to educate, provide networking opportunties, share relevant knowledge and trends to industry professionals including manufacturers, distributors, engineers, regulatory agencies, manufacturers reps, contractors/integrators and others serving the on-site power industry.

The association sponsors two conferences to keep members aware of the current trends in the industry.the conferences offer educational sessions covering a broad range of issues affecting the on-site power industry. The association invites major speakers from member companies, utilities, research firms, government agencies, and others to give presentations on key issues in the industry. As an exhibitor or attendee, participants find the exhibitor showcase to be the ideal place for distributor/dealers, manufacturers, and manufacturer's reps to convene and discusss business.
