No one else is doing this work in jacksonville. Elevate jacksonville uniquely positions our teacher/mentors to build relationships with students in various contexts. Core curriculum classes teach knowledge, elevate classes teach wisdom. Our accredited elective course ("elevate") teaches our 13 character qualities & life skills. Our students also spend time with the same teacher/mentors on weekends, after-school, and during our summer camps. Hence, by engaging our students all day, every day, and providing mentoring (one-on-one and small group), as well as large group activities, we enter their world in a trusting, life-changing approach.
