To build long-term life-changing relationships with navajo youth, equipping them to thrive and contribute to their community.

Mentoring - teacher mentors continued equipping the youth by mentoring after school. Each student received individualized mentoring 4 times semester, where the student developed their own goals in line with curriculum life skills and character development initiatives. Small group mentoring activities took place weekly after school including weekends and holidays.

Adventure program - activities were designed to provide growth through challenge, resiliency, leadership, and teamwork skills. Adventure activities included field trips and social outings such as nature hikes, winter and summer camp, go-carts, archery, horseback riding, sports, weekly ultimate frisbee.

Parent - parents of elevate navajo youth are engaged in small group activities and social events. The purpose is to inform parents about the elevate program, engage them in program improvements, and equip them as supportive parents.
