The elizabeth l. Battle trust for st. Philip's church will provide an endowed fund for the sole use and benefit of the protestant episcopal church of the parish of saint philip (hereinafter st. Philip's church) (ein 57-032-7892).st. Philip's church may withdraw, annually, an amount for the church's use in its religious and charitable purposes which does not exceed four percent of the average fair market value of the trust. Settlor directs that up to twenty-five percent of the annual withdrawals may be used in the maintenance and upkeep of church properties, and the balance of the annual withdrawals may be used as the vestry of the church determines are areas of the church's greatest need. The settlor requests the vestry consider supporting the church's ministry, including the church's music program, continued educational experiences for the clergy, and adult educational programs.
