Echos housing stability programs use interventions to provide long-term supportive services that assist clients in obtaining and maintaining independent housing.
Echos runs elizabethtown emergency shelter, utilizing a low-barrier model, provides life-saving refuge during the coldest months, open from early december through early april. Here, up to 42 individuals, including families, are given a safe place to sleep, hnot meals, and access to community resources. Beyond providing shelter, echos focuses on dignity and support, offering showers, laundry and hygiene supplies alongside comprehensive case management.
