Providing goods, services and funds to members of the elizabethtown police department and their immediate families, who are in need due to extraordinary events in their lives, providing of goods, services and funds to elizabethtown police department to provide for equipment and/or other needs that are considered by the board to be extraordinary requirements, providing funds for the educational enhancement of members of the elizabethtown police department and the raising of funds through various means, including solicitation, fundraising and gaming, to further the purpose of the corporation.
