Elk Nation

The primary purpose of the corporation is to support and promote Elk Athletics as a part of the education experience for students in the Elkton Public School in Elkton, South Dakota and to engage in any and all lawful business activities and all acts or things necessary, proper, or convenient to carrying out the powers and purposes herein mentioned, and in general to carry on any business permitted by law. Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
