To plan, promote and run the annual harbor days festival in elk rapids, michigan. The organization of this event provides a venue for non-profit organizations to hold fundraising events for the individual organizations. This 4 day festival is held annually the first weekend of august. This organization is supported by business sponsors and advertisers, vendor fees and private donations.
