Mission
The Elk River Education Association EREA is our teachers union for the Elk River Area School District. EREA provides representation for our members. We represent the teachers in contract negotiations. We work to provide a positive learning environment for the learners in our district.
Programs

Settlement Task Force Organizing and Relational Activities: to organize and unite our members during the negotiations process to help improve the working conditions for our teaching staff and to improve the education opportunities for our students.
Conventions Workshops Meetings Association Leave: Members travel to and attend these to learn more about teaching union membership teacher rights educational strategies and more to improve the education of our students and working conditions for our members.
We celebrate our seniors as they graduate with a senior breakfast and scholarships are awarded to 4 students.
