New construction program - provide no interest loans to low to moderate income individuals and families for the purchase of a newly constructed home.
Homebuyer education program - provide educational services to communities. Education workshops are 8 hours in length. The curriculum for the attendees includes the following topics: understanding credit, budgeting/money management, pre-qualifying versus per-approval, upfront cost/moving-insurance-closing, pros and cons of homeownership, choosing the right home, maintenance and equipment needed, insurance/taxes/valuations, and being a good neighbor.
Money management program (aka financial pathways) - provide education services to communities. The curriculum for the attendees includes three 45 minute classes of financial coaching concentration on budgeting, debt and credit.
