Elm Crest Assisted Living is a non-profit organization owned by Peace Church in New Salem, ND, licensed under the laws of the state of ND to provide assistance in an independent living environment.The Assisted Living is a licensed 19 unit building located in New Salem, ND.Regulations are established that each tenant will be treated fairly and the organization can function efficiently. All tenants are entitled to the best living environment and care that can be provided in an assisted living environment to maximize their independence and psychosocial wellbeing.
