To provide affordable and effective equine facilitated therapies to help physically, emotionally and learning challenged individuals of all ages improve their quality of life through interaction with the horse. To purchase, lease, rent, or otherwise acquire property, both real and personal, as the purposes of the corporation may require; and to generally transact any and all business incidental thereto as authorized by massachusetts general laws,including, but not limited to, massachusetts general laws chapter 180 governing charitable corporations. Eftr is organized exclusively for charitable,religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
