Emerald Valley Ultimate

This corporation shall be organized and operated exclusively for promoting youth ultimate in the Eugene community, establishing and operating a middle school ultimate league, and developing the skills, athleticism, leadership, and teamwork of Eugene youth. This corporations primary purpose shall be (1) establishing and running youth ultimate frisbee league in Eugene; (2) promoting youth involvement in ultimate and developing skills among participants; (3) encourage participation in ultimate events outside of Eugene area; and (4) bringing ultimate to communities where that opportunity is lacking. This corporation is operated exclusively for charitable, educational and community building purposes. Subject to the limitations stated in the Articles of Incorporation, none of the purposes of this corporation are for profit.
