To provide oversight and funding for the Vigo County IN CEO Program, whose mission is to prepare local youths to be responsible enterprising individuals to become entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial thinkers and to contribute to the economic development and sustainability of Vigo County and the surrounding areas, and to perform any purpose for which nonprofit corporations are authorized under the Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1991.
