T.e.a.m raises funds for the s.a.f.e. Program, which is also funded by pledges on that annual community fund drive. S.a.f.e program provides emergency help for employees in dire circumstances, provides competitive scholarships to the children of metro employees, provides comaraderie among employees and funds needy charities within the community.
