In 2024, sheltered employees earned a total of $252,507.94. These wages were generated through various jobs, including assembly, packaging, cleaning, confidential shredding, and recycling services. A key objective for sheltered employees is to achieve full integration within the community. So far, we have successfully placed around 10 individuals in community jobs, where they are now fully compensated by their new employers. Our organization employs approximately 40 full-time and part-time staff members to provide the necessary support and services that help individuals become more integrated into the community.
