Employment options, inc. Is a non profit serving those in the metro west region of massachusetts who are looking to improve and manage their mental health and wellness, including individuals who have experienced economic disadvantages. With a forwardthinking approach, provides an environment where individuals support and encourage each other to live life to its fullest and gain the dignity and respect we all deserve as individuals. Much ofemployment options' efforts revolve around getting people back to work and assisting members with the skills to build self-sufficient lives for themselves and their families. Employment options provides individuals the opportunity to get involved with vital programs to assist in their recovery through diverse recovery services, such as workforce development programs, young adult programs, and the family options program.

Catering options is a social enterprise of employment options. Catering options empowers the individuals we serve to improve their mental health through meaningful employment. The job entry and reentry process is extremely crucial for individuals in recovery to live fully productive, self-sufficient lives. Catering options not only provides jobs but facilitates job readiness as well as placement and job retention in the food service industry. The program offers three lines of business in the food services industry: full service catering events, a la carte services, and bulk/school lunches. Through catering options, members work in a variety of settings throughout our service area including a charter school, local businesses, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
