Empower Health Alliance

EHA is a voluntary association of individuals whose purposes, as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation, are exclusively charitable and educational within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Said organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, academic,and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, making the distributions to organizations that quality as exempt organizations described under Section 5019 ( c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. EHA's mission is to improve public health outcomes in rural communities of North Floby identifyingon of gaps in existing health programs and serviadvocatingocacy for policies that promote health equity in rural communitprovidingovide education to the public and community partners that promote health and wellness,implementingement community programs and services that are informed by evidence-based practice.
