Empower house provides community health services, youth development programs, and advocacy opportunities that empower women and girls of color.

Community health programs strengthen women and their communities by working to reduce health disparities and barriers to care. We increase access to essential health care services, wellness tools, skills and support for transformative community-wide change.- empower women - quarterly learning/growth opportunities for women to learn knew skills, build community, invest in their own wellbeing- empower parents - parenting education program that supports positive conneciton between parents and children using triple p curriculum- community health workers - provide one-on-one support for community members using holistic supports including direct assistance, health/human service navigation, mobility mentoring- empower connects - supports digital literacy and access through workshops, on-site computer lab, device distributions, one-on-one navigation- empower choice - reproductive health education through workshops and healthy pregnancy classes for birthing people.- mental health - supportive counceling and clinical mental health services- circles - peer-led groups that build community and create safe spaces for healing and growth

Radio - the empower house 101.5 kxep, lp-fm - community radio station creates space for marginalized voices to contribute toward community based conversations- radio workshops for youth and adults- partnerships with local content creators- production support
