Empower Learning Africa Usa Inc

Provide advisory support to TaRL Africa programs. Accomplishments: Worked with Empower Learning Africa staff in Kenya, Cote d'Ivoire, and Nigeria on the transition of grants and gifts from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to ELA in Kenya. Advised on internal controls at ELA in Kenya.

Provide logistical and program support to TaRL Africa programs. Accomplishments: successful closure of certain grants at MIT; hiring of program employees in the US, UK, and India directly and through 3rd party-employers; subscribing to digital services in support of ELA activities in Africa; providing board support, including establishment of travel agent agreements in US for Board travel.
