To promote social welfare including, but not limited to: 1) developing and advocating for legislation, regulations, and government program to improve the legal rights of nevada citizens and persons withing the state of nevada adnd 2) to conduct research and publicize the positions of elected officials on issues related to the current and proposed legal rights of nevadans and others concerning these issues.
