Mission
The empowerment effect is a non-profit personal development initiative dedicated to supporting young women aged 7 to 16, ensuring equitable access across all communities in the los angeles area. Our mission is to establish a safe environment where girls can feel empowered, fostering their growth and confidence as they transition into engaged young adults. Guided by strong and passionate women from the local ice hockey community, our primary goal is to impart valuable life lessons through the sport of ice hockey, ultimately contributing to creating a more positive and equitable society.
