Empowher institute's mission is to empower girls from marginalized communities through education, training and mentorship and become confident, college and career ready.
Programs

Empowher leaders academy partners with title i high schools to offer girls and gender expansive youth a weekly social emotional learning course during the school day and on weekends that includes mentorship, college and career readiness to help develop leadership skills and explore future careers. Case management and emergency financial support is also offered to families in need. The program also offers a workforce development initiative that includes paid internships and our social justice steam camp during the summer months.
The empowher women's academy provides women-identifying professionals opportunities for networking and professional development and support healing from workplace trauma.
