End allergies together (e.a.t.) is solely focused on raising money for promising food allergy research. Food allergy is often a life-threatening condition affecting 220 million people worldwide and 32 million in the u.s. Every 2 minutes there is a visit to the er due to a food-induced anaphylactic reaction. Without immediate access and treatment with epinephrine, anaphylaxis can quickly turn fatal. Food allergies are now an epidemic with the diagnosis rate doubling every ten years.
