Policy development and legislation: in 2024, end abuse's policy advocacy focused on the prevention of legislation that would be harmful to survivors of violence. Policy staff efforts became concentrated on advocacy efforts continuing to relate to the covid-19 pandemic, including advocating for increased funds for survivors and raising awareness of the compounding impact that the pandemic has on survivors of violence and their children.

Membership: end abuse program membership provides domestic violence and dual (combined dv and sexual assault programs) access to free trainings and the ability to vote on critical issues. Allied partner memberships allow closely aligned non-profits access to these training as well. Being a member of the coalition means you have access to: 1) leadership opportunities such as the ability to serve on the end abuse board and other relevant committees; 2) participation at annual membership meetings and voting rights that influence the direction of the coalition; 3) the members area of our website that includes recorded trainings, educational materials, and publications like the legal manual; 4) free trainings on topics including legal issues, foundations of advocacy, housing, and issues facing members of the lgbtq community, as well as discounted conference fees.
