This model places co-ownership of the endeavor brand and lead responsibility for program execution on the local or affiliate office. Moreover, a local presence enables the organization to raise funds from local country benefactors and local sources to sustain local operations. Until the point at which an affiliate office is legalized as a separate, independent entity and has established a board of directors, endeavor incurs all start-up and development costs.
