Ending Clergy Abuse (ECA) is a worldwide organization of human rights activists who focus on children's and victims rights joining in common cause to compel the Church to end clerical abuse, especially child sexual abuse, in order to protect children and to seek effective justice for victims. ECA demands the end of the Church's structural mechanism that allows abuse.

Abuse Survivor public awareness. Nate's Mission is a Wisconsin based program of ECA that advocated for the state attorney general to subpoena clergy abuse records from the Catholic dioceses of Wisconsin and to inform the public through media events and 15 press conferences
Abuse Survivor public awareness. Catholic Accountability Project (CAP) is a Washington.
Education and outreach: Totya Platform tollfree hotline connected 1,185 callers to emergency medical.
