We worked with our partners at tahn analytics and heatspring to create a culturally specific training that meets the building performance institute's protocols and specifications for the building analyst technician, building analyst professional, and healthy home evaluator training.

Ecc continued to work toward becomes portland's premiere bpi training center by becoming a certified bpi test center; getting staff licensed to proctor various bpi exams; starting to purchase necessary training and testing materials and applying for funds to acquire a venue for training.

Ecc staff added their subject matter expertise to a number of boards, committees, and councils to further their commitment to diversifying the workforce and making homes healthier by using green building best practice. These boards etc. Include: oregon clean energy workforce coalition; pcef high roads advisory council; odoe federal funding workgroup; community energy project board; worksystems workforce development advisory board; east portland action plan economic development subcommittee
