Teacher professional learning - teacher professional learning is a core service of e4usa. Teachers participate in professional development to prepare for teaching the e4usa curriculum. This includes a weeklong summer session, followed by shorter professional development events and coaching throughout the year. After their first year, teachers may optionally participate in returning teacher professional learning to further enhance their knowledge, skills, and practices in engineering education.

Curriculum development - the current e4usa curriculum is continuously reviewed to identify and implement minor modifications that maintain its effectiveness. Beginning in 2024, development began on a new course curriculum: e4usa+programming.
