Mission
Englewood Community Development Corporation strives to nurture and embody love of neighbor in the areas of affordable housing, economic development, and comprehensive community development on the Near Eastside of Indianapolis.
Programs

Economic Development - ECDC has focused on the development of vacant and occupied properties within the Englewood Neighborhood, for use as rental, homeownership, and commercial use. Grant funded construction expenditures have been capitalized.
Congregational Engagement - ECDC works with congregations in Indianapolis and across North America who desire to cultivate a deeper life together that overflows into tangible love for the communities in which they are embedded.
Collective Impact - ECDC is a committed partner and leader in a variety of place-based, comprehensive community development initiatives. Neighboring (or Community Engagement) - ECDC strives to improve the quality of life for its neighbors, both youth and adults, through fitness, work, play, hands-on learning opportunities, access to high-quality schools and family support.
