Capacity building - enb provides system-wide supports to esol programs and teachers, including training and technical assistance on esol methodology, learner assistance, technology integration in the classroom and curriculum development. Enb also recruits, trains and places esol volunteers, and hosts a team of multi-lingual career coaches who provide career workshops and one-on-one coaching directly with students at grassroots esol partner organizations.
