Mission
To provide leadership instruction, teamwork, and heritage, that will increase quality of service for sailors and their families. This is accomplished through comprehensive interactive programs and settings from a pool of active and retired military as well as community leaders.

The echo five workshop provides a knowledge based foundation to navy second class petty officers on being an lpo before becoming a lpo. Up to 250 students (e5) is facilitated by 12 navy first class petty officers, several of which graduated from the foundry, attend annually.
The foundry class teaches leadership development with focus areas of speak,share, and shadow. Two face-to-face programs are held annually for 120 enlisted e6 students (60 per class) and 26 senior enlisted mentors (13 per class) benefited from this biannual program that changed their leadership habits and positively impacted their life and the lives of those they lead.
