Enloe Hospital Foundation

Cancer supportive funds are dedicated to ensure access to cancer services not covered by insurance, including transportation costs, compression garments, nutritional education, nurse navigator services and complimentary treatments aimed at reducing the unpleasant effects of treatment such as acupuncture and exercise training. Additionally, educational materials designed to aid in the psychological effects of cancer treatment are supported by the enloe celebration compassion fund and the aaron rodgers supportive therapies fund.

The enloe health foundation helps to support the various services of enloe medical center. In 2022, the enloe health foundation received a grant for the healthy here project. The healthy here project's mission is to increase the overall health in the local community. Healthy here focuses on three main areas; increase physical activity, promote healthy eating, and promote connection and meaning. In 2023 this grant was then transferred to enloe medical center to help support the healthy here project coordinator position.
